An overall average between the three firms that equate to an insurable property value for our home at $507,897.33
However, we have had local realtors state our home is in the saleable range of the low $400,000. We however are asking what we consider a more reasonable sum of $399,900.
In the fall of 2023, a 2-acre tract of barren ground across the road from our property was listed for sale at 140,000. With its sale in spring of 2024. That equates to 70,000 per acre. Having 3.3 acres that would be 231,000 just for the land alone our home sets on.
We will not be inclined to consider “needs work, fixer-upper, or handyman special" nor mobile / manufactured home. Our home is free and clear of any monetary obligation(s), we retain the homes warranty deed. We will consider all offers and locations of like monetary value with no obligation(s) or lien(s).
